The Winter Warmer Ritual
The perfect winter wind down.
Soothe your soul and switch off your mind entering treatment with deep inhalations of the calming blend of Light Relax Oil.
Whilst cosy and cocooned on our heated couch, experience a sublime relax body lather and olive grain exfoliation to your back, to cleanse and soften skin. Melt away muscle tension with a soothing hot stone massage using gently heated oils, enhancing your well-being with the powers of Lavender and intensely relaxing aromas of Vetiver.
Drenching your skin with hydration, warmed body cream is delicately applied to your body. A gentle foot and hand exfoliation, steamed towels, warmed renewing foot and hand mask with heated booties and mitts follows, reviving and moisturising dry skin.
Your ritual continues with face, scalp and decollate massage focusing on pressure points and lymphatic drainage to release toxins and sooth the mind along with a facial cleanse, hot stone facial massage and moisturise.

Winter Wellbeing
A rejuvenating ritual for prioritising your wellbeing and comforting your mind, body and soul.
Beginning with gentle inhalations of calming essential oils promotes relaxation and balance to prepare the mind for the deep relaxation. A warm skin mask prepares the skin for deep hydration and nourishment during the LED treatment. A nourishing hand and foot mask is applied to deeply hydrate and revitalise the skin. The application is followed by the placement of heated booties and mitts, allowing the mask’s ingredients to penetrate while the warmth soothes the skin.
A relaxing scalp and face massage with pressure points is performed to relieve tension and relax the mind using a gently warmed Destress Mind oil. Warm towels will remove the hand and foot mask following a nourishing rose cream massaged into the hands and feet with soothing strokes and pressure points, leaving the skin soft and hydrated.
Completing treatment with Dermalogica Hydrating Spritz and layer locking Dermalogica Serum and Moisturiser.

A full body massage and exfoliation ritual to invigorate and revitalise the body. Treatment begins with a gentle foaming olive grain exfoliation which will delight the senses and smooth skin to perfection. Warming the body with steamed towels followed by a moisture rich combination of customised oils and body cream to massage and melt muscle tension, skin will be left vibrant and flawless and the body left floating.

THE SKIN POLISH
A full body exfoliation and nourishing ritual. Opening treatment with dry body brushing following with an all over gently foaming olive grain exfoliation stimulates blood flow, softens skin, encourages cell renewal whilst being deeply cleansing and detoxifying. Heated steamed towels sooth the body and layering of richly nourishing warmed body oils and creams leave the skin looking radiant and feeling wonderfully smooth.

Your therapist will melt tension and release stress in your back, neck and shoulders using a combination of traditional massage and aromatherapy techniques, hot stones, heated bamboo, steamed towels and inhalations choosing aromatherapy oils from the Relax, Revive or DeStress blend.
