The Forest Therapy Ritual
An immersive, grounding ritual inspired by the calm of the forest. Designed to soothe busy minds and ease the effects of constant stimulation, this treatment invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with a sense of stillness.
Using the Forest Therapy blend from Aromatherapy Associates, guided inhalations help quiet the mind while an elongating massage releases tension and creates a feeling of lightness through the body. Warm stones melt away stress, while cocooning mud on the hands and feet adds a deeply comforting, earthy touch.
Flowing through the back, legs, abdomen and scalp, this ritual leaves you feeling soothed, grounded, and restored — as though you’ve stepped away from it all and returned renewed.

Experience the restful powers of Lavender and intensely relaxing aromas of Vetiver with inhalations of our Relax Blend; immediately shrugging off daily fatigue and bringing tranquillity.
Get cosy on our treatment couch as the ritual begins with a sublime relax body lather and olive grains sweeping over your back to cleanse and soften.
Float away as your whole body is massaged with our luxurious Relax Body Oil and lathered in velvety rich, sleep well nourishing body cream. A soothing foot exfoliation and steamed towels follows onto super smoothing foot mask and heated booties. Harmonising the mind, building skins natural tone and suppleness, while enveloping it in relaxation and nourishment.

Combining our two signature holistic treatments Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles with the addition of soothing hot stone massage.
Entering your ritual with our signature inhalations before your massage begins with gently warmed DeStress mind massage oil, steamed towels and hot stones whilst been tucked away within a cosy heated bed. Ear candling comes next inducing a serious state of relaxation and enhanced wellbeing.

MUSCLE MELT & SKIN GLOW
A full body massage and exfoliation ritual to invigorate and revitalise the body. Treatment begins with a gentle foaming olive grain exfoliation which will delight the senses and smooth skin to perfection. Warming the body with steamed towels followed by a moisture rich combination of customised oils and body cream to massage and melt muscle tension, skin will be left vibrant and flawless and the body left floating.

THE SKIN POLISH
A full body exfoliation and nourishing ritual. Opening treatment with dry body brushing following with an all over gently foaming olive grain exfoliation stimulates blood flow, softens skin, encourages cell renewal whilst being deeply cleansing and detoxifying. Heated steamed towels sooth the body and layering of richly nourishing warmed body oils and creams leave the skin looking radiant and feeling wonderfully smooth.

Your therapist will melt tension and release stress in your back, neck and shoulders using a combination of traditional massage and aromatherapy techniques, hot stones, heated bamboo, steamed towels and inhalations choosing aromatherapy oils from the Relax, Revive or DeStress blend.
